Cattolica for Tanzania – Charity Dinner

Once again this year, as is tradition, the first Saturday in September will see the return of the Charity Dinner organised by the Association Cattolica per la Tanzania, a non-profit organisation that has been committed to supporting solidarity projects in both Africa and Italy for many years.

The dinner, which will be held in Piazza Mercato Coperto in Cattolica, is a well-attended event in the community. An evening of solidarity, good food and fun.

The menu includes: appetisers, clams, grilled fish, mixed salad, piadina, sorbet, desserts and seasonal fruit, water and wine.

Cost: € 30 per person.

The evening will be enlivened by Daniel Angelini, former guitarist of Ivan Graziani.

All proceeds from the evening will go to support Traversara, a hamlet of Bagnacavallo, which was violently hit by the September 2024 flood, in order to support the renovation of a former cinema and transform it into a multi-purpose centre. It will be the only community centre in Traversara, without which the village risks dying out.

A simple gesture, a shared dinner, can make a difference.
